These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smallr (the "App"), bundle identifier me.linjun.Smallr, provided by Jun Lin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and App Store rules. The App does not require creating a separate in-app account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Smallr converts videos on your device. Available settings depend on your source video, device, and operating system. Spatial videos are not currently supported. iCloud videos may require an internet connection to download. File size estimates are approximate.
Saving a new copy to Photos on iPhone or iPad does not delete the original. For videos selected through the library browser, you may choose to delete the original after saving succeeds. Deletion requires confirmation, moves the original to Recently Deleted, and may sync across devices with iCloud Photos enabled. Storage may not be freed immediately.
On Mac, you choose an export location and the original remains untouched. Review converted files and keep backups of important videos before deleting originals.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, name, visual assets, and software behavior, is owned by the Developer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain your rights to your videos and are responsible for having permission to convert, export, or delete them. Exported files may contain audio and metadata from the source. Any destination you choose handles those files under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, video format, or photo library configuration.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Smallr does not guarantee that every conversion will reduce file size, preserve every source characteristic or item of metadata, or play in every app or service. Compare the result before saving.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, videos, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
